Alan M. Gershowitz is a graduate of the State University of New York (Oneonta) and a summa cum laude graduate of Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Gershowitz has been practicing law for 25 years and specializes in the areas of domestic and international corporate transactions, real estate, and employment law. Mr. Gershowitz began his career as a real estate and corporate associate at one of the world’s largest and most prestigious firms, Skadden, Arps where he worked on major commercial real estate and corporate transactions, including SONY Corporation’s purchase of Columbia Pictures and the $3 billion private equity purchase of Southland Corporation. He has also served in a number of public company roles, including Senior Counsel at Revlon, Inc.,Vice President of Business Affairs at Rainbow Media Corp., Senior Vice President of Employee Relations at Cablevision Systems Corp., and Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Madison Square Garden Company. He was also Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Thacher Associates, a commercial investigations and risk management firm, and President of Strategic Workforce Solutions/SQ Global Solutions, an executive search and legal outsourcing firm employing lawyers in India to do legal work for major U.S.Corporations.

Robin A. Gershowitz is a graduate of Brooklyn College and Brooklyn Law School. Ms. Gershowitz has been practicing law for over 20 years and specializes in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, immigration and domestic relations law. She has closed hundreds of transactions and helped hundreds of clients navigate the complex areas of immigration, divorce, child custody, orders of protection and other related matters and areas. Ms. Gershowitz is fluent in Spanish and is active in the Hispanic Community and various Hispanic organizations. Ms. Gershowitz is a member of the New York State and Suffolk County, New York bar associations as well as the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Ms. Gershowitz is also a principal in Central Island Real Estate, Inc., a firm specializing in residential and commercial real estate.
